Responsibilities

• Responsible for issuing, recycling and scrapping of DCC documents (system management) & monitoring the implementation of document flow of each department;
• Responsible for data statistics and analysis; product reliability implementation; failure analysis of products;
• Assist in supplier management;
• Assist in handling customer complaints;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above;
• At least 2 years semiconductor or MEMS quality working experience;
• Reliability and FA experience;
• Familiar with basic data statistics methods, such as SPC, MSA,etc.
• Familiar with the handling process of customer complaints and customer returned products, able to independently complete 8D, 5C and other reports;
• Good interpersonal communication skills, problem analysis and solving skills;
• Good command of English
